Our liability to you in any circumstances is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the relevant incident.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts. If you have a complaint, contact our support team first. If we can't resolve it, you may escalate to the National Gambling Board.
